The team was really friendly. The rooms were clean. rooms also seemed comfortable to me. it's an ideal spot for the o2. It's just a 30-minute walk away.. i would happily stay again.
the pub was undergoing refurbishment when i arrived, so it wasn't quite what i had expected upon arrival. the windows didn't keep much of the road traffic noise out.

The hotel is near a bus stop, kemsing road. i found the bus service very convenient. it provided easy access to the o2 arena. The journey took approximately 10 minutes by bus. the bus stop outside was a major plus.

The hotel is near the o2 arena. It is accessible by bus or a longer walk. direct bus links to the arena were readily available from just outside the hotel. getting to the arena was straightforward and convenient.

the staff displayed a WARM welcome upon my arrival , and this was a treasure to find. the hotel provided basic toiletries, this was useful.
the window did not shut fully , and it allowed a bit of noise inside.

i appreciated the friendly staff. the room was really clean. the location was great, its proximity to transport made getting around easy. i was able to quickly reach different parts of town.
The stairs are abundant. Reaching the top floor with luggage was slightly tiring.

clean roomstreet noisedamaged furniture
the room was clean enough, it really was not something bad.
the noise kept me awake, from both the street and inside. the window didn't close all the way, this made it worse. the furniture was a little damaged too, like someone did not care about keeping it up.

The noise was constant because the room faced a busy road. the windows didn't seal properly. I could hear traffic all night. also, the bedside light didn't work. I couldn't read in bed.
